About Me

A retired US Army officer, Alphonso Maldon serves as president and chief executive officer of Partnership Strategy Consulting, a consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. Partnership Strategy Consulting provides solutions in the areas of business development and government affairs. In addition, Alphonso Maldon serves of Chairman of the Military Compensation, Retirement, and Modernization Commission, an appointment made by Pres. Barack Obama.

Also part owner of the Washington Nationals, a professional baseball team competing in the National League East, Mr. Maldon previously worked as senior vice president of external affairs for the ball club and served as president of the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation, which offers aid in many forms to youth and teens around the D.C. area. He holds a master of arts in human relations from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor of science in business administration from Florida A&M University.

Away from work, Alphonso Maldon enjoys fishing and reading. In addition, he is an avid fan of Italian cuisine and jazz music.
